Liz Lasater is a veteran logistics executive and founder of Red Arrow Logistics, where she spent 22 years building the company into a leading provider of time-critical transportation solutions. Under her leadership, Red Arrow became one of the Pacific Northwest’s most respected logistics firms. In 2025, Liz completed a successful exit with the sale of Red Arrow to Allstates WorldCargo, where she now serves in a senior leadership role focused on strategic growth and customer-driven innovation.
With her business legacy firmly established, Liz is now channeling her energy into philanthropy. Her new charitable foundation is dedicated to empowering women, girls, and LGBTQ+ individuals while promoting environmental sustainability. Through initiatives that expand access to essential resources, education, and leadership development, Liz aims to drive meaningful change in underserved communities. The foundation supports programs that foster mental health, youth advocacy, and professional growth, as well as innovative solutions that improve clean water access in developing countries. Liz brings to this mission the same vision, dedication, and compassion that have defined her career.

Patsy Schirmer is a retired educator with 28 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and spent 12-years working with the multi-handicap population. Her work in the field of education provides our Foundation with both deep expertise and a strong commitment to youth, education and advocacy programs.
Throughout her career, Patsy was widely recognized for her compassion, patience, and exceptional ability to motivate young learners. She became a sought-after educator known for creating inclusive, supportive environments where every child felt valued and capable. Her work with special needs children, in particular, reflected her unwavering belief in meeting students where they are and helping them reach their fullest potential.
Today, Patsy continues to champion educational equity and the success of young learners through mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement.

Emerging Leader and Environmental Advocate
Addison Ward is a driven and passionate student at the University of Oregon, pursuing a degree in Biology with a focus on environmental studies. As an honors graduate and National Honor Society member, Addison has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to leadership.
Her dedication to sustainability and environmental advocacy is evident in her academic pursuits and her role with our Foundation. Addison brings a fresh perspective, infectious energy, and a keen mind to her work, driving positive change and inspiring others to join the movement towards a more sustainable future. She is passionate about equitable sustainability, believing that every community deserves access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene. Through her work with our Foundation, Addison supports initiatives that bring life-giving resources to global communities, including funding sustainable water projects and advocating for environmental justice.

Leah Davies is an educator-in-training and accomplished entrepreneur who brings passion, creativity, and leadership to her role on the Foundation’s board. A proud graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Biology, Leah is currently pursuing her Master’s in Education and preparing to inspire young learners as a middle school math and science teacher.
Leah’s commitment to empowering youth is rooted in her decade-long experience as the owner of Revolution Dance Factory, where she cultivated a supportive and inclusive space for dancers of all ages and abilities. Her work fostered confidence, discipline, and personal growth—values she now carries into her educational journey and community advocacy.
As a board member, Leah champions causes close to her heart, including environmental sustainability and initiatives that uplift girls and women. Her dedication to expanding access to STEM education and creating more inclusive pathways for young learners plays a vital role in advancing the Foundation’s mission. Leah’s thoughtful leadership and unwavering enthusiasm help inspire the next generation of innovators and changemakers.
